New parameter:

Added parameter noaddrrewrite.  It can be set in zdkimfilter.conf to
avoid to rewrite addresses in header fields of outgoing mail, possibly
wrapping them at 70 columns.  When invoked by zdkimsign for local
signing, noaddrrewrite is automatically set regardless of config file.


Bug fixes:

Fix libopendkim code compiling for res_ninit() and LIBIDN2,
fix canonicalization of early wrapped lines (like "From:\n),
better mailbox comparisons and Original-From: handling.
